SMOU is expanding its operations by adding the Pratsa parking, situated at c/ de la Física, 10, in Barcelona. As a result, app's users can now pay for their parking stays by the minute using their phones at this location.
Pratsa parking at SMOU
This car park, located in the Sants-Montjuïc district and in close proximity to the Direcció General de Trànsit and the Ciutat de la Justícia, offers 70 spaces for various types of vehicles. It is accessible Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM. In addition to parking spaces, it also provides:
- Vehicle washing services
- Storage rental
- Video surveillance
- Restrooms for its clients
With this addition, the Pratsa parking joins the other car parks where payment can be made through the 'Parking via app' service, which enables users to pay for their parking stays by the minute via SMOU, without having to take paper ticket or go to the ticket machine, as access is granted through license plate reading.

This integration further advances SMOU's efforts in transforming the mobility landscape of the city and the Metropolitan Area. Currently, over 175,000 individuals utilize the app to pay for their parking stays by the minute through the 'Parking via app' service.
