The Bicing service in SMOU has a brand-new look. This latest version combines the features you already know with a smoother, clearer and more consistent experience across the app’s services, making it even easier to get around the city by bike.

Bike availability at a glance
Now, when you zoom in on the map, you’ll be able to see the number of bikes available at each station in real time, with an easy distinction between mechanical and electric bikes.
We show you the nearest stations
Wherever you are, the app shows you the nearest stations with useful information to help you decide quickly: the distance to the station, available bikes and free docking points. Remember to enable location services on your phone.
Want to reserve a bike?
When you reserve a bike, you’ll have 5 minutes to collect it. During this time, you’ll see a padlock icon on the map clearly confirming your reservation so you can find it straight away.
Spend less time looking for somewhere to dock your bike
While your journey is in progress, the app map will only display available spaces, making it easier to find a place to return your bike.
You’ll be able to update the app on any Android device running version 10.0 or later, or on iOS devices running version 17 or later.

Another advantage of using the Bicing service in SMOU is that you can save your most frequently used stations in “Favourites” to quickly view them on the map and plan your journeys more easily.
