'Parking via app' on SMOU
The 'Parking via app' service allows you to pay for parking with your mobile phone. Park with SMOU and pay by the minute without having to take a ticket. Plus, you can enter the car park through automatic plate number recognition.
Activate 'Parking via app'
To start using the service:
- Activate it from the side menu, in the ‘Services’ section.
- Register your plate number and a bank card.
Enter car parks with 'Parking via app'
When looking for parking in Barcelona with SMOU, select the 'Parking via app' option within the 'Parking' menu, and you'll see the car parks where you can pay with the app.
When entering and exiting the car park, the barrier will open automatically using automatic plate number recognition. Payment will be charged to the bank card registered in smou. Remember that you must have the service activated.
Park with a 30% discount
Enjoy a 30% discount when you pay for your parking by the minute at BSM Car Parks. When you park, the payment will be charged to your registered SMOU account and the 30% discount will be applied automatically.
- Price with the SMOU promotion: €2.60/hour including VAT.
- Price without the promotion: €3.70/hour including VAT.
