From 1 February 2025, the new environmental tariffs for regulated on-street parking in Barcelona will come into force, with updates only for vehicles with ‘0 Emissions’ label (blue colour). All other vehicles will keep the same fees as last year.
These rates aim to contribute to traffic management, improve quality of life and reduce the social cost of mobility due to pollution and congestion by discouraging the excessive use of private vehicles and long-term parking.
Environmental label
The rates are set on a variable basis depending on the environmental badge assigned to each vehicle by the DGT. If you still do not know the environmental label that corresponds to your vehicle, you can check it here.
Fees 2025
You can now consult the AREA fees for the year 2025. In the case of vehicles with a ‘0 Emissions’ badge (blue colour), the planned fee will be applied with a 50% discount. Consult the Environmental Fees for Regulated Parking 2025 here.
