With the last version of the app, your SMOU account is even more secure with the two-step verification and includes a second step when logging in. We've added an additional layer of security when accessing your account to help protect the privacy and security of your personal information.
What do I need to do when logging in?
From now on, every time you log out and want to log back in, we'll send you a unique security code to your email registered in the app. This means that, in addition to your password, you will need to enter the 6-digit code we send you.
So, in addition to your password, you'll have the code, which will change every time you wnat to log in.

Tips to stay safe & secure
Your password is yours alone
We'll never ask for your password or verification code via email, SMS, or phone. Do not share them with anyone or any company.
Update it regularly
For security, we recommend changing your password periodically, and that it be different from those used on other webs or apps. You can modify it by going to the left-hand menu of the app and selecting "My profile".
Be cautious with links in unknown messages
Do not click on links or save/open attachments from suspicious messages or those you haven't requested.
