Bicing works continuously to provide a reliable, accessible and high-quality service that evolves in line with the city and the needs of its users.
In order to continue improving the service and ensure its sustainability, from 16 January 2026, and for the first time since the service was launched, the fares corresponding to the additional charge per journey will be updated. All other conditions and benefits will remain unchanged:
- The subscription fee will remain the same.
- The first 30 minutes on a mechanical bicycle will also continue to be free for users with a Flat Rate subscription.
Application and billing
The new fares will apply to journeys made from 00:00 on 16 January 2026 and will be reflected in the bill corresponding to the second half of January.
