Now, signing in is faster
From now on, you can access your account with a single touch using your fingerprint or by facial recognition. Activate biometric access with all the security and privacy guarantees.
Set it up once
- Make sure your mobile phone has a fingerprint reader and/or facial recognition.
- At smou, go to "My profile" in the side menu, select the option "Authorise biometric access" and save the configuration.
- Now you can access smou without having to enter your login credentials every time you open the app.
Your security is very important
If you create a new account or reset your password, for your security, we will ask for a minimum of 9 characters that include uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as symbols or numbers. This combination will help create stronger passwords.
We improve the planning of your routes
In case you travel by car, with the 'How to get there' functionality, we will show you the location of the car parks closest to your destination along with real-time information on available parking spaces. This way, you will reduce the time spent searching for parking.
On the map, you will also find car parks where you can pay with smou. Look for car parks with 'Parking via app' access
