It is an account designed for businesses that have multiple vehicles or need to manage their employees' journeys, whether in their own vehicle or using a company car. If you have this type of account, a group of employees can:
- Pay for parking.
- Charge vehicles at 'Endolla Barcelona' network charging points.
- Order and pay for taxis.
To do this, you'll need prior authorisation from the account administrator, who must first register all the users and associated vehicles and set each user's permissions and restrictions.
You can only register a business account by going to the Sign in area on SMOU website, selecting "Business" as the account type and entering the organisation's details in the form.
With the app, you can easily manage your expenses and billing from the dashboard. Furthermore, all parking, electric charging and taxi charges will be paid using the same bank card and without fees, saving you time and resources. The account administrator can register each employee and establish which SMOU services they are allowed to use.
SMOU business accounts are specifically designed to manage groups of people, whether they are company employees or staff working for a self-employed individual.
As an administrator, you can add your employees via the User area > Users section in the side menu. Once their details have been filled in, your employee will receive an email to verify their email address and set up a password to complete the registration.
When you create a business account, you have to register a bank card. All charges incurred by your staff will be charged to that card.
SMOU for Business is a digital solution that can group together through the SMOU user area all the bills for charges incurred using the Parking via app, Endolla and Taxi services and receive them as a single monthly invoice.
As business account administrator, you can register each employee and indicate which SMOU services they are allowed to use: Parking meter, Parking via app, the Taxi service and/or Endolla. All charges will be charged to the bank card you have registered in the business account. You can also view the receipt for each trip and filter receipts by date, as well as review and send invoices directly from the app.
As administrator, you only need to register and add the settings for the vehicle once, which you can do in the "VEHICLES" section. You can then share the vehicle with as many users as you like by using the "Share vehicle" option.
From the "Shared Users" column, the account administrator can share different vehicles with their staff. Vehicle information can only be modified by the administrator.
Yes, you can use two accounts in the app, and you can easily switch between them. For example, you can have your business and personal accounts on the same phone. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the app and click on the button in the top left-hand menu (three lines).
- Once the drop-down menu has opened up, click on the three dots at the top of the screen, next to your profile picture.
- From here, you can add an account or switch between accounts.
